Mr. LaPointe is an alumnus of the George Washington University in Washington, DC who also graduated from Benjamin Franklin University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Accounting. Mr. LaPointe is the Principal of LaPointe & Company, PC, one of Maryland’s premier local accounting and management consulting firms. Mr. LaPointe in his capacity as a Certified Public Accountant has assisted numerous clients in many industries both nationally and internationally. The services provided include financial management and consulting, all levels of financial statement preparation and reporting, tax preparation and planning, estate planning and administration, litigation support services and business valuation and succession planning.

In addition to the financial and tax services, Mr. LaPointe has been involved in developing private placement offerings of multi-million dollars and multi-million dollar loans for various business ventures. As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, Mr. LaPointe keeps aware of the latest industry practices to better serve his clients. Mr. LaPointe has been involved in community services and has served as Director, President and Treasurer of various community and fraternal organizations. He is also fluent in Spanish.
